Biography: Elena Yakuba 18.03.1984 born in the Ukrainian city of Poltava 2001-2006 Teacher Training College for Foreign Languages 1990-2001 Special Elementary School for artistic participation as a young artist in diverse displays Since 2001- Poet. Written more than 200 pieces, mostly poems of love and philosophical lyrics 2001-2006 Worked as a freelance journalist in the city of Poltava (Ukraine) 1991-1996 Student at the School of Art in the city of Poltava (Ukraine). Chosen classes: painting, sculpting, drawing, history of art, musical instrument (guitar), dance. 1997 Won first prize in the competition for young artists. Her work was nominated for the international art exhibition in Latvia. 1998 Her own artwork exhibition in the state museum of Poltava (Ukraine) 2004 and 2005 Her own artwork exhibition in a University in the city of Giorlovka (Ukraine) Since 2007 Studying communication design at the Folkwang Hochschule in the city of Essen (Germany) Exhibitions: 12.08-06.09.2008 Artwork Display at the public library in Mülheim on the Ruhr (Germany) 08.12.2008-01.12.2009 Artwork display at the Technology Park in Cologne 12.05.2009-13.06.2009 Artwork Display at the public library in Mülheim on the Ruhr (Germany) Since 01.11.2008 Official Member of the art group Kunstfeld (Mülheim, Germany) 07.06.2009-03.07.2009 Artwork display in the Trautmann Gallery (Essen, Germany) Comments:
