Biography: Yuri Stanishevskiy - the animalist. Works in a genre of easel painting and a drawing, a room sculpture. Its creative style – realism, thin supervision over nature and transfers to product not only correct forms and foreshortenings, anatomic accuracy, but also search of nuances of mood, dramatic nature of a case. All life has devoted to equestrian sport, deep studying of history, selection of breeds of horses, their features and characters. It has perfected all in its products not only workmanship, but also has allowed to rise to level of an individual portrait. As to images of horses in this area all over the world will be a few masters, capable to be compared to Jury Stanishevskim. It happened to it to receive orders for performance of portraits of horses from the rather highly put persons. Graphic and pictorial works continue traditions of an English room water colour. Sculptural works put it in the category of masters of level of Klodta, a Lancer, Bari. In sphere of its interests as sculptor the round room memorable sculpture – an anniversary medal, an individual portrait, compositions on historical and sports themes. Its material - bronze, silver. Its customers: the Moscow hippodrome, private owners and organizers of competitions, the London Royal horse-racing club which has got a series of room water colours etc. Member МОСХа, lives and works in Moscow.
